I want to order for Christmas, what do I do?

You can order any time up to December 22nd! As the 23rd is the last dispatch date. Although we recommend choosing Special Delivery 1pm when ordering for dispatch between the 20th-23rd as Royal Mail will be very busy. As outlined in our shipping policy after December 17th we will not refund your order if it’s lost / delayed more than 7 days unless you chose special delivery, this is because during Covid-19 Royal Mail has extended their minimum delay period from 7 to 14 days so we cannot claim many of the order back. And due to Holidays we assume there will be a higher number of delivery issues which we cannot afford to refund ourselves. So please use Special Delivery, we have even discounted it!

The date I want isn’t available.

If we recieve a lot of orders on a particular day we will close the slots for this day, this is because we package your macarons on the dispatch day so they are as fresh as possible. We close slots up to seven days before the dispatch date, this is so we have ample time to accommodate the larger number of orders, this is why if you are ordering for a special event we recommend placing your order seven days before to ensure your preferred slot isn’t blocked.

Standard macarons and products have a 1 day prep window, this means you must order by 4pm the day before for the next day dispatch slot to show if it’s available. Decorated macarons and other complex orders have a 2 day prep window so you will only see slots two days later.

How do I change or cancel my order?

In the event you wish to cancel your order you must contact us at by 4pm the day you ordered, we will then issue you a store credit. Failure to receive a request for cancellation by 4PM the day you order our notice will result in no refund given, if the order was placed at after 6pm you have until 4PM the next day. This is because ship next day if orders are placed before 4pm and have to buy postage and make the macarons very quickly.

How far ahead can I order?

Our macarons are freshly filled daily so every orders shelf life begins on the dispatch day you choose, not when you order! You can order as far ahead as our date picker shows! (We change flavours monthly so next month slots won’t be available)

How long do they last?

Once you receive your macarons you‘ll probably eat them, but if you don’t, you can store them in your fridge up to the date stamped on your box (this is 2 weeks from the dispatch date, after this the quality may deteriorate. The macarons when left in the shipping packaging can survive in transit for up to 7 days, after this point if you do not receive your macarons we will send out a replacement box. If your planning to store them in the fridge for more than a few days i advise moving them to an airtight container to avoid excess moisture absorbing into the macarons as well. You can also store them in the freezer for up to 30 days but they must be defrosted in an air tight container to avoid going soggy from condensation.

How should I eat my macarons?

Personally I prefer my macarons to be slightly softer so allowing them to sit in the fridge after transit will allow them to soften due to moisture.

How can I track my package?

All orders are shipped with next day delivery (Royal Mail 24) Mon-Fri but if you wish you may select the shipping option that includes tracking. Your Tracking number will be emailed to you when it has been processed.

I place an order but not received a confirmation email.

There may have been an error in the email software, just email us via CONTACT US page and we will manually send you your confirmation email.

When will my order arrive?

 Orders must be placed before 6pm MON-THUR to be guaranteed dispatch next day. If your order is placed after 6PM it will be dispatched two days later (this excludes Saturdays and Sundays). All UK shipping methods have 1 day delivery aim.
